The KeiBerg Group of Companies is committed to revolutionizing safety in underground excavation, one product at a time, while conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner. Our products are designed to save lives, reduce injuries and reduce damages.

This focus on safety and the environment permeates everything that we do. To demonstrate our commitment to safety and environmental responsibility:

1. We will take a leadership role in promoting safety and environmental responsibility in underground excavation.
2. We will provide appropriate training to our employees and other representatives.
3. We will meet or exceed all applicable safety and environmental requirements that apply to any of our products in any country in which they may be sold.
4. We will provide a complementary training and certification program for every product that we bring to market.
5. We will design both our products and their packaging to be environmentally friendly, and arrange for them to be manufactured in an environmentally responsible manner.
6. We will make every effort with our distributors and customers to ensure that our products are only used by trained and certified operators.
7. We will deal with suppliers who share our commitment to safety and environmental responsibility in underground excavation.
8. We will become actively involved in industry organizations such as the Common Ground Alliance (CGA), National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA), North American Society for Trenchless Technologies (NASTT) and others for the purpose of promoting safety and environmental responsibility in underground excavation.
9. We will commit to establish and build a fund from a portion of the proceeds of our product sales to assist in promoting safety in underground excavation. We will post an annual report on our website regarding this fund, and how it was used.
10. We will monitor our compliance with this Policy, and make improvements in our processes and procedures when it is appropriate to do so.
